Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Devin is a lifelong Tennessean and has been a Nashville resident for a decade. She currently lives in 12 South with her husband Jameson, their daughter Ellison, and pup Roman.
Devin graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business. She worked in the fields of tech, marketing, and events prior to her transition to real estate in 2018. This prior work experience honed her people skills, marketing savvy and attention to detail that has helped her exceed in Nashville’s competitive market compiling over 80 million in sales since 2021.

JR Roper comes from a family of builders and REALTORS®, and with that, comes specialized expertise in site searches and prep, seamless interaction / implementation with contractors and subs and a deep working knowledge of home interiors and design. He utilizes these traits in his relationship as primary listing agent of LMS homes in Nashville.
JR has been a REALTOR® since 2015 and joined his daughter-in-law in forming the Roper Residential team at Compass in July of 2023. The guiding principle of JR’s life is true dedication to client care, which he delivered in the 26 years he spent at Lexus of Nashville and Lexi of Cool Springs as General Manager.

We relocated our family to Nashville from Miami. At that time, Nashville was totally new to us. Joe Roper took the time to understand our family's lifestyle and needs, and helped introduce us to the area. He combined great knowledge of Middle Tennessee, real estate and people, and was exceptionally generous with his time. He was patient when we were confused, and helped us move rapidly when we were ready to buy the home that suited our family. JR agreed to take on the task of selling our family 300 acre farm, which had a 35 acre ski lake. Although the property is beautiful, we knew it would take a very specific buyer to purchase this unique property. The property had been on and off the market for 7 years with no success with other realtors. I hired JR shortly after he became a real estate agent. I knew of his past successes in business.
